HOW TO FIGURE YOUR COSTS

S   M   T   W  TH   F   S                 FOR INSTANCE: You want to pick up a trailer

1    2   3   4    5     6   7                  on the 3rd and bring it back on the  8th.

8    9  10 11  12  13  14                 you would have 5 nights rental  and it would

15 16 17  18 19  20  21                 be due back by noon on the 8th. You can pick

22 23 24 25  26  27  28                 it up as early as 8:00 am on the 3rd. If it is brought

29 30  31                                      back later than noon  you are charged another day.

 

5 nights x  $65.00 per night         = $325.00 +

 a one time tow fee                        =   $35.00        ( gives you unlimited miles)

septic dump/ propane refill         =   $20.00

NM Sales Tax @ 6.3125%         =    $23.99

Grand Total                                 =   $403.99

 

Trailer Deposits held are $1000.00 Security / Damage

                                              $100.00 Cleaning

sales tax @ 6.3125%         $ 69.44 Tax

                                            $1169.44      total

 

Reservation Deposits are $40.00 plus tax = $42.53  They are non refundable.

But the amount does come off your overall rental fee. Ask us about our special discounts !!!!

 

Toy Hauler Rentals are figured the same way, but they are $75.00 per night. Deposits are the same. Same deposits as trailers.
 

Motor Home Rentals    are  $125.00 per night + $10.00 per night mandatory Insurance.

For every night that you rent you get 100 miles @ no charge. So if you rented it for 5 nights you would get 500 miles @ no charge. If you return from your trip and you have gone 550 miles you would owe us for 50 miles @ .25 cents per mile = $12.50 plus tax = $13.29. It's as simple as that.

All Motor Homes and  some Toy Haulers have their own onboard generators. They are charged out via an hourly timer. They are $1.00 per hour of Usage. (ie.  timer reads 16 hrs used / fee with tax would be $17.01  .                           

Motorhome deposits are:    Security =  $1000.00

                                           Cleaning =         $100.00

                                            Tax        =             $69.44

                                            Total     =         $1169.44

 

We charge  a flat fee of $ 20.00 for refilling propane and dumping the RV's  unless prior arrangements are made.  This applies even if we are delivering and picking up the unit.  If you renting a Motor Home you will need to refill the propane, dump the holding tanks and refill the fuel.
