What time can the rentals be picked up?      They are picked up by appointment only.

What time are the rentals due back?   They are due back by noon follwing the last nights rental.

If we turn our rental in early, do we get a refund?  No refunds will be made for early returns, late pick ups or unused miles.

How old do you have to be to rent?  You must be at least 21 to rent a travel trailer and you must be at least 25 to rent a motorhome. You must provide a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.

How long does it take to pick up a trailer?  It takes approximately 30 minutes to one hour to sign papers and go through the walk thrus thoroughly.

Are the RV's allowed in Canada or Mexico? NO They are only allowed to go to the pre approved destination on your rental contract.

Are there any other places they are not allowed? Alaska and Hawaii and some desert areas , like Death Valley, as well as some off road areas. You will be liable for damages in the units are taken OFF-ROADING.

What kind of Fuel Mileage do Motorhomes get? About 10 miles per gallon

What Happens if I get a flat tire on the road?  Call us we will get you roadside assistance. Do Not change a motorhome tire yourself.

Can I purchase extra insurance? Yes, we do offer supplemental liability insurance.

Do you have generators for rent?   YES, Generators for the travel trailer can be rented by the day. Motorhomes have built in generators.

Are pets allowed? Not usually. Special arrangements can be made in certain cases.

Are there televisions in the trailers?  All units may have a TV included for $10. Satellite TV with numerous pre selected channels is available upon request for an additional $20. No pay for view is allowed.

Are there child safety seats in the motorhomes? No, there are standard seat belts. YOU will nedd to provide child safety seats according to state laws.

Can I tow something like a boat or small trailer with the Motorhome?   NO. Towing is not allowed.

Is it hard to drive a Motorhome?  No it's very simple. Please read the section on Driving a Motorhome.

Are there levelers provided with the Motorhome? Yes, and we will show you how to use them.

Is there a first aide kit in the Motorhomes? Yes

Are we allowed to use the awnings?  NO Awnings are locked and you will be fined for their usage.

Can we get on the roof? No . We ask that you don't go on the roof or use the ladder.

Is the water drinkable in the RV's? We do not recommend that you drink the water. It is best if you bring bottled drinking water.

 What if I have to cancel my reservation?  Simply call or email us as soon as you know. Your reservation fee will not be refunded.

What if I get a parking or traffic violation? You are responsible for ALL traffic and parking violations, RV spaces and Toll Road Charges.

How much potable water is on board?  25 - 40 gallons depending on the unit.

How much Hot Water is there on board? You will have 6 gallons of hot water, enough for one conservative shower. When used up it will take approximately 30 minutes to recover.
