WE do offer the service of delivering and setting up your rental at your site and breaking it down and returning it to our lot.

All deliveries/ returns  within a 50 mile radius of our lot  are a flat fee of $200.00.  Deliveries out of the 50 mile radius zone are $200.00 plus $1.50 per mile for every mile over 50.

So if your destination is 75 miles away your fees would be: $200.00 +$37.50 to deliver + $37.50 to pick up  = $275.00 plus tax .  This includes: Prepping the unit and delivering it to your designated site, set it up and level it, turn on your water, electric and hook up your sewer. We turn on your heater  or air conditioner ( whichever the season calls for), We walk you through how to use everything and answer any questions you may have. If you are getting a TV and Satellite Dish we will set that up for you as well. Upon pick up we will check in the unit on site and check for damages and missing items. We will dump the holding tanks and refill the propane. You are still responsible for cleaning the unit  in order to get your deposits back. We do not supply cleaning products.

We DO NOT make your space reservations or pre pay your space.   NOTE: iF YOU ARE GOING TO NAVAJO LAKE ON THE COLORADO SIDE AT ARBOLIES PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STATE PARK THERE MAKES US PAY TO GET IN THE PARK TO DELIVER THE UNIT AND TO PICK IT UP SO ON ANY DELIVERIES TO THE CAMPGROUNDS THERE WILL INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL $20.00 FEE FOR THE ENTRY PERMITS

You must be present upon delivery of the RV, so that we may place it exactly where you want it and you can sign your rental agreement. Nobody else can sign for your RV unless you filled out a "Permission to Sign" Form and sent it in with your Reservation Form. There may be additional labor costs if we have to move it and reset it. If you are late arriving and we have to wait for you to arrive we do charge a standby fee of $25 per hour.  So please keep in mind your traveling time as well as time zone changes.

All monies are paid in full and instructions are given at the time the RV is set up. That is why it is important to be on time. We may have other deliveries or pick ups scheduled that same day and it is not fair if others are detained as well.

If the RV cannot be set up in your desired location due to length and /or width  restrictions or other common hinderences such as too small of an area, fencing, buildings in the way, road  variances, unsafe drop offs, vehicles that cannot be moved etc.... you will be instructed of a safer area by our tech. But remember that a secondary location may not let you use your 30 amp utilities. ( You MUST have 30 amp service to run the air conditioner and the microwave.) 

NOTE: If you the renter refuse the unit for any reason you will still be liable for the rental agreement and you will be asked to pay the charges in full at that time. Your signed reservation form also gives us the right to bill your credit card in such an event. You have wiilingly booked the RV for a designated period and therefore it cannot be rented in such a case where you the proposed renter have declined possession.

NOTE: We charge a flat $20 to refill your propane tanks and dump your final septic tank. This will aleviate you from trying to find a place to do that,  especially if you are from out of town. Its a great deal.

 However if you choose not to,  you will be responsible for dumping the tanks and refilling the propane before it is returned.  Thanks

IT IS A 32 FOOT FIFTH WHEEL WITH A 12 FOOT SLIDE OUT.  THIS UNIT SLEEPS 9

IT IS VERY SPACIOUS. WITH A QUEEN BED IN THE FRONT STEP UP AS WELL AS THE BATHROOM

THE COUCH WILL MAKE INTO A DOUBLE AND THE DINING TABLE WILL MAKE INTO A DOUBLE

THE THREE BUNKS ARE IN THE REAR OF THE TRAILER, WITH THE LOWEST BUNK ACTUALLY BEING AT FLOOR LEVEL ( THIS MAKES EVEN THE LITTLE GUYS FEEL IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO HAVE A BUNK !!! ) 

WE DO NOT LET OUR CUSTOMERS TOW THIS 5TH WHEEL UNIT. IT IS STRICTLY A DELIVERED UNIT AND IS IN HIGH DEMAND. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RESERVE THIS RENTAL FOR DELIVERY YOU WILL NEED TO SEND IN THE RESERVATION FORM ON THE HOME PAGE AND SPECIFICALLY STATE THAT YOU WANT THE COUGAR 5TH WHEEL AND WANT IT DELIVERED.
